Practical and Easy DIY Crafts to Try in 2016

So many things to try this year and I highly recommend going full crafty mode this year! So many ideas in stores for you guys and so little time. I’ve managed to gather up the most beautiful crafts that will definitely lighten up your whole life. You won’t even have to spend so much money to make your home look amazing thanks to these cheap yet beautiful crafts.

Brighten up a White Mug Using Tissue Paper and Dishwasher-Safe Mod Podge

This idea is so easy and amazing. I have a lot of mugs and they are all quite dull and simple so when I saw this idea I knew I had to give it a try. All you’ll need for this is a couple of tissue paper, dishwasher safe mod podge, and scissors. Also, I suggest getting a small brush or a brush of your preference in order to avoid getting glue on your hands.

Once you have all items you can now apply the glue on any part of your mug and after cutting the pieces of tissue to the size and shape you’d like, you can apply them on your mug.

Brighten up Basic Power Cords with Washi Tape

This is definitely a cute and fun way to make your boring power cords into amazing and color-filled power cords. This idea is even easier than the last one. All you need to do is cut small pieces of paper enough to cover the power cord and add some glue and place around the cord!

Mason Jars Lined with Floral Fabric

Have a bunch of mason jars lying around and you have no idea what to do with them? This has happened to me too but now I know what to do with them. This idea made my home look a lot cozier and it brighten it up too. All you need to do is grab any fabric of your choice, scissors, glue, a small brush for the glue, and a mason jar.

Once you have all items you must measure your mason jar so the fabric pieces will fit properly. Grab the brush and dip in in the glue mixed with a bit of water and cover the Mason jar with it then apply the fabric.
