Here are some of the things in your hair routine that are actually harming your hair

You may think you know everything that needs to be done in order for you to keep your hair as healthy as it can be but, some of the things you are doing to have your hair looking as healthy as you can possible keep it, can actually be harming it.

Now, since I want you to have a beautiful hair like Pocahontas, I want to show you what are the things that you are adding to your daily hair routine that you need to exclude so that your hair can really become as healthy, shiny and full of life as you want it to be.

 I know having oily hair is kind of annoying, but do not wash your hair every day!

I personally hate it when my hair feels or even starts to feel a bit oily. You feel like you just need to shower ASAP and if you do not wash your hair as well as your body when you are taking a shower, then you just feel like you did not take a shower at all!

Now, I don’t mean that you have to keep your hair as dirty as it can be to keep it healthy but, you DO need to skip a day or two when it comes to washing your hair.

Washing your hair every day means you are getting rid of your hair’s natural oils and they are very important if you want to keep your hair as healthy as you want it to be so, try to make a sacrifice and not wash your hair as often as you can but rather, as often as you need!

You never hydrate your hair or do not do it as often as you should

You might be one of those lucky people that do not even have the need to iron their hair but, you hair can still get damaged and one way to solve your hair getting damaged is by hydrating it with deep conditioner.
