Richard Boxer, MD
Health Policy
Dr. Boxer, a surgeon, has been involved in health policy formation at the local, state, and national levels for 25 years. In 1995 he was diagnosed with malignant melanoma and
non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which taught him about the other side of health care. In 1997 and again in 2001, Dr. Boxer was a finalist for the position of Surgeon General of the United States.
Lorna Greenwood, WCS, CRM, CIC, CISR, ACSR
Professional Liability and Travel Insurance
Ms. Greenwood was Program Manager at U.S. Risk Underwriters, Inc, where she developed surgical travel insurance products. She has over 14 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. She has worked in the carrier, retail agent, and wholesale insurance environments and negotiated facultative reinsurance.
E. Michael D. (“Mike”) Scott
Health Care Marketing and Communications
Mr. Scott is a principal of Vox Medica Holdings, Inc. He has 30+ years of experience in health care marketing and communications. He has provided consulting services to a variety of health care-specific organizations, including
not-for-profits, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and managed care and provider organizations.
Kirsten Trusko, MBA
Health Banking
Ms. Trusko co-founded and lead the Consumer Driven Healthcare/Health Banking practice at BearingPoint Management and Technology Consulting, which focused on the convergence of insurance and banking, especially as related to Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. She is President of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association, serves on the American Bankers Association HSA Council, and other health banking groups.
