1. – You must be aware of what is causing the problem so you can work it out.
Do not be afraid of problems, because they are teachers of life. Behind each problem, there are lessons to learn or unlearn.
Everyone at some point feels that the problem is greater than our strength and we are tempted to despair and give up. Don´t do that, remember someday you will look back and probably laugh about it.
2. – You have to understand what is happening and what you can do about it.
Understanding the situation will help you not to panic.
We must overcome this and look inside ourselves for the motivation and strength to take a second look and confront, with determination and intelligence, the difficult situation we are facing.
We should never doubt we can “endure” this situation with its consequences. We are not weak and suffering it is not our natural conditioning.
Personally, when faced with any problem, I always ask myself, “Is there a solution?“. If the answer is yes, then I do not worry because there is a solution, you just have to apply it.
On the contrary, if the answer to my question is no, then I do not worry, there is no point in worrying because the problem has no solution, it does not make sense to worry. Either way, we have to act.
3. – You have to comprehend that there are problems that cannot be easily understood.
It is necessary to face our problems with wisdom and patience. You must have the courage and trust that you will be able to overcome the situation you are experiencing.
Your mind should focus and internalize you have come to the world to be happy and you have come to it full of many qualities.
You must have the strength of your Spirit to impel you to move forward.
4. – You have to assume with strength and self-effacement when you cannot handle yourself with fear and need the help of a third party.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness; on the contrary, it denotes the intelligence of knowing your limitations.
You must know to whom to ask for help, it could be a good friend, to the parents if you have them and, depending on the magnitude of the fear, you could seek the professional help of a therapist.
